Here is a terrific craft for kids.
We love to theme our tables to make every event special. This week we are wanting to have lambs. This was actually my sons idea. We wanted to do something fun for our tables to decorate. Fortunately, we he said lambs, I knew we could do it with cotton balls. He is the smart one who thought of the q-tips for legs.
Healthy Mommies and children need more than just good food. We need good fun too! This is an inexpensive way to have fun with all ages. Just be careful with the glue for the littles.
This one is pretty simple. Here are the materials needed and the photos to guide you. Hope you have as much fun as we did!
Materials needed for a table decor :
q-tips- bent in half
permanent marker (optional for eyes)
We laid them on their side for a bit for the glue to dry.
Materials needed for a wall decor:
3 sheets of black (white, pink) construction paper – taped together and cut
cotton balls- some whole, some pulled a bit, and some carefully unroll
Wiggle Eyes OR you can go to Target, WalMart, and craft store
When cutting out the head, here is our inspiration!
Have fun and remember our saying, “Close is good enough! It doesn’t have to be perfect, just do your best!”
Simply stand up the lambs when dry and we used push pins in the top corners to put up the wall decor.
