The water we drink is a really big deal, especially for the little ones. The challenge is that we are mostly dehydrated and it’s an effort to drink enough. Furthermore, we try hard to only drink it clean.
As a mom, I want the best chance for all my children to be healthy and live fully without disease. I also want good health and the opportunity to live to the fullest.

Sometimes we get hungry or even sick because we are really dehydrated. For some reason, our human nature tends to rush for medication or food supplementation as the first cure without trying to simply drink good, clean water.
Isn’t nature amazing? When you look at the earth, there is more water than land. It seems like 75-85% water. Similarly, our bodies are more water than tissue, about 75% – 85% water.
When dehydrated, the body begins to prioritize. In the most amazing way, just like in a vehicle, we are designed with indicators that let us know when we are dehydrated. You can read my source book, but simply put, your incredible brain gives out minor pain signals to help you feel thirsty. Pain is a feeling that indicates an imbalance of chemicals around the nerves. - Tap Water – bacteria, fluoride, chlorine
